Juliet Grayson is
an experienced trainer, facilitator, executive mentor and coach. Her work has
been distilled out of a fifteen year exploration of the ways in which people
limit themselves at work, both personally and professionally. She combines her
extensive business experience - she has run her own company for over twelve
years - with a profound knowledge of NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) and a
deep understanding of systemic thinking. Juliet is known in training circles
for her warmth, for the thoroughness of her trainings, and for her ability to
maintain a sense of fun whilst challenging those behaviours that call for a
change. She is a fully
qualified counsellor and psychotherapist (UKCP) with a private practice in
Chepstow, South Wales.

William Ayot
is a poet, playwright, workshop
leader and speaker, He has over 25yrs business experience, which, combined with
his proven creativity, brings a powerful presence to any course he runs. He has
a particular interest in the conversation between organisations and the arts,
and a commitment to bringing soul and imagination to the workplace. As a
founding director and later chairman of Olivier Mythodrama, William led
groundbreaking leadership workshops and seminars, delivering at the most senior
levels. His client list is a Who's Who of world class organisations including,
multinationals, NGOs and government agencies. William has worked at many of the
world's top business schools including INSEAD (Fontainbleau), Columbia (New
York) and LBS (London). Whilst maintaining a working relationship with business
educators and still delivering to a few select clients, William now
concentrates on his writing. He still delivers his popular and entertaining
keynote, The Poetry of Leadership, runs his Maximum
Impact: Leadership Communication Masterclass and offers senior executives
his powerful and incisive Maximum Impact
Coaching. Writing includes the play Bengal Lancer, a poetry collection,
Small Things that
Matter, and the forthcoming anthology, E-Mail for the Soul: Poems for
Organisational Life. William is a spokesperson for NACoA, the
National Association for the Children of
Alcoholics and a Patron of the
Swan Project,
Bristol.

Rob Mottram
is a certified NLP trainer and development
coach with over 20 years management experience. His career history includes
sales, project management, marketing, training and professional development,
both in the UK and internationally. Rob's focus, as a training consultant, is
not only to help people to be more effective, but also to enable organisations
to become healthier and happier places to work. He works primarily in the areas
of interpersonal skills, leadership, development and stress management. He is
MBTI accredited (Myers Briggs Type Indicator).

Traci Finch
is an inspirational coach/trainer
who facilitates significant positive change for individuals and organisations.
Her approaches to learning and personal development arise from a range of
perspectives including neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and transactional
analysis (TA) and her own experience of 40 something years worth of overcoming
what we call life and its challenges. Her background has included senior
managerial roles within the Public Sector and over 10 years within the field of
accelerated learning and development. and managing organisational change. She
is an NLP Master Practitioner, certificated in TA and is a Member of the
Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. (MCIPD). She inspires hope
and confidence towards new ways of doing things.

Victoria Gater
has a background in psychology,
and worked for ten years in the mental health and homelessness field as a
trainer and group facilitator, in both local government and voluntary sector
settings. She is fluent in British Sign Language (CACDP stage two). She was
directly responsible for initiating a project to enable access for deaf people
to the Mental Health services in Leeds. She currently works as a trainer and
group facilitator in creativity, and personal development. She also has a
private practice as a Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist in advanced
clinical training. |

Chris HurnC
is an experienced trainer, coach, and
facilitator, working regularly in the educational system. He specialises in
courses related to team building, creativity, personal development,
understanding diversity and meeting skills. His regular clients include
dyslexic and deaf people. Having come from five years in Industry, he set up
his own business fourteen years ago, so he understands the challenges of
dealing with the public. He is about to complete a Post Graduate Diploma in
Facilitator Training (IDHP: The Institute for the Development of Human
Potential). He has a degree in Music and a Postgraduate Diploma in Orchestral
Training. |

Hilary Davis
has 16 years experience in the
Retail and Service Sector in Human Resources, in both Head Office and Regional
roles, in rapidly expanding and changing organisations. As an Independent
Business Trainer, Coach and Facilitator Hilary works across a wide range of
industrial sectors and at various levels, with emphasis on increasing
self-awareness, creating new thinking and practical application to the business
environment. Hilary is an NLP Master Practitioner, certified in Myers-Briggs
(MBTI), SHL/OPQ and FIRO. She holds a Diploma in Personnel Management and is a
qualified Image Consultant. |

Jon Chapman
has twenty five years' experience
of business management, management consultancy and people development. Jon was
chief executive of a medium-sized technology business in the chemical industry
for fifiteen years, having previously worked in industrial market research and
as a business analyst and management consultant with the Hay Group. He led a
policy group on sustainability and safety, health & environmental
improvement, managing stakeholder relations with government, regulatory bodies
and NGO's for the UK chemical industry. In addition to a first class honours
degree and an MBA, Jon has trained extensively in body-mind personal
development techniques which he uses in his coaching and teaching work.

Debora Collister
is an experienced teacher and
facilitator who works in business, education institutes and local community.
Her background as an actress took her travelling and performing internationally
where she developed studies in movement expression and psychology. This led to
a qualification in T'ai Chi Chuan and Chi Kung instructing. For the past 7
years she has been working in personal development and become a Master
practitioner of NLP. Currently she combines her experience providing trainings
with variety, passion and fun.

Mo Rye
is a very experienced coach,
facilitator and trainer. She has worked with thousands of individuals within
the field of Learning & Development over the last 20 years. Running her own
business she has regularly worked with large companies like IBM, small
start-ups, local Councils, London NHS Trusts, private individuals and
therapists and counsellors. She understanding the world of work and has come to
believe that if you can recognise the impact that certain challenges and
constraints have on us as individuals you can turn them into opportunities for
personal growth. Mo is known for tuning into her participants needs and
grasping their goals after which she will facilitate, guide, support and
challenge each person to make the changes they are looking for. Her workshops
are engaging, fun and insightful. Mo is a Master Practitioner in NLP and a
fully qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist (UKCP) with a private practice
in Pershore, Worcestershire.

Kate Lowry
is a visiting tutor at Cranfield
School of Management. She has over 20 years experience working in organisations
as an Organisational Development practitioner covering 3 main sectors, Retail,
IT and Financial Services. In organisations Kate has worked as a designer and
implementer of key cultural interventions, change, leadership and management
development programmes. She has run teams and implemented projects both in
Europe and in the US. An experienced coach and facilitator of group and team
development, Kate is known for the creativity and pragmatism she brings to the
work she is involved in. She enjoys communicating complex ideas in a simple
way, and helping people try out different ways of solving problems. A keen
interest in individual potential led Kate to train as psychotherapist in
Gestalt, Bioenergetics, and Pesso Boyden System Psychomotor.

Christina Shewell
has worked in communication and voice for
many years as communication skills trainer, theatre voice teacher, speech and
voice therapist and university lecturer. She therefore has a wide experience of
work with actors and public speakers, and the remediation of voice problems.
She has worked with many companies and institutions to train groups and
individuals in the effective use of voice in business, and has trained actors
in both drama schools and major theatre companies such as the Royal Shakespeare
Company. Christina has a Masters degree in linguistics, and an honorary senior
lectureship in voice at the Department of Human Communication Science at
University College London. Christina has written and broadcast widely about
voice and a recent publication is the book "Good Business Communicates across
Cultures", about the difference between Indian and British communication
styles. She is the originator of the Voice Skills approach to vocal training
and restoration, which she teaches throughout this country and abroad.

Sally Potter
is an experienced, committed
professional, with high-level, insightful people skills. Her specialism is
motivating practising managers and leaders to convert work experience and
personal goals into academic and professional achievements. She brings energy
and diligence in enabling clients to tap into personal resourcefulness, through
a purposeful, energetic training style offered within plenary, small group and
one-to-one formats. Her focus includes helping clients to learn to manage the
psychological impacts of organisational change on their personal and business
effectiveness. Sally works in the areas of stress and conflict management,
women's empowerment at the emotional, intellectual and strategic levels, and
in-depth emotional issues of clients ready to integrate the personal and the
professional. By offering a range of contemporary applications of relevant
psychological models to business challenges, she is able to help individuals
and teams work through difficult blocks to their effectiveness. Sally trained
in 2004 with the first group in the UK to be taught to use the Pesso approach
in working with managers. |

Pete Mann
brings a specialist focus on the
continuing personal and professional development of managers. His expertise is
in designing and delivering innovative initiatives in experiential learning,
knowledge conversion and applications of psychology to the personal growth of
managers and leaders undergoing transition at work and in life. He uses
individual and team feedback from advanced psychometric assessments of self,
potential and performance to help diagnose individual and corporate performance
patterns. A member of the first group qualified in 2004 as Pesso practitioners
in the UK, Pete is a PhD and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel
and Development, and has consulted widely in Africa, Europe, South Asia and the
Near and Far East. His publications are to strengthen practice, and include
articles on action learning, tacit knowledge and the application of the Pesso
system of psychotherapy to advanced managerial learning.

Simon Lawrence
has been
involved in organisational development and training since 1994, supporting
organisations to make strategic business and cultural changes through training.
Prior to working as a training consultant in the UK and overseas, he worked in
local government for seventeen years, most recently as training manager at
Coventry City Council. He has a Science Degree, a Management Diploman and is a
Master Practitioner of NLP, and a Fellow of the Institue of Personnel and
Development. |
